I've been grabbing one of these between lunch and dinner when the mid-afternoon slump hits, and it genuinely holds me over for a solid few hours. The real jam gives it a nice tart-sweet kick that makes the plant protein taste way less chalky than other protein snacks I've tried. Down to my last pack
The strawberry jam in these squares actually tastes like real fruit, not the artificial goop I was expecting, and they're surprisingly filling for such a small snack. I grab one around 3 PM and the mid-afternoon cravings just don't hit anymore.
I was skeptical about the 4-hour hunger claim, but I made it through a long meeting without my usual 3pm snack attack. The real jam flavor is noticeably better than the artificial stuff, and the clean plant protein keeps things light.
