I was skeptical about a snack keeping me full, but these got me through a four-hour stretch of back-to-back meetings without a single vending machine run. The texture is dense and satisfying, and the real grape jam gives it an honest sweetness that doesn't feel fake.
These little squares have completely replaced my 3pm vending machine run, they actually keep me full until dinner without that heavy feeling. The grape jam is surprisingly real-tasting and the plant protein gives it a nice, subtle chew.
The texture is spot-on—firm enough to chew slowly, but the grape jam hits that sweet-and-salty balance I crave after lunch. I've tested the four-hour claim and yeah, it actually holds until dinner without me rummaging for chips.
